Hints of lilac and dried sage weave through the bouquet, adding complexity to the dark fruit core. The palate is vibrant and structured, showcasing juicy plum, cassis, and a streak of crushed rock minerality. Subtle vanilla and baking spice emerge from the 8% new oak aging, lending depth without overpowering the fruit. Supple tannins frame the finish.
