2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

This attractive new cabernet from DeLille has a lovely, mildly backward scent of pine, pepper, and tobacco. The flavors reflect a dark cherry cast, but delivered firmly, with grippy cherry-skin tannins.

2021 Red Blend

Based on Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot, the 2021 Métier Red Blend is a consistently outstanding wine and has upfront blackberry-like fruits, complex notes of peppery herb, leather, and earth, medium to full body, ripe tannins, and outstanding length.
